Achieving a sustainable state of inner peace: DEALING WITH Anxiety and Pain

We are more driven by happy memories. We would like to flee the ashes of a painful memory, the memory that maintains trauma and pain at all costs. It's true, who would like to suffer and why? However, life does not spare us painful moments, as if there were some kind of necessity for pain, a lesson to be learned from it, dear to our evolution. But there is also the pain that we inflict on ourselves without being totally conscious about it... It is a great strength to be able to manage the context of pain in such a way that the suffering is alleviated by the words that come to light up its causes.

WHY THIS WORKSHOP?

To give birth to pain is to tame it. The tranquility of the soul goes hand in hand with the harmony of our existence. The absence of mental trouble (in greek ataraxia) and the ability of getting oneself free from physical pain (in greek aponia) , are a sustainable inner state of well-being that we can all achieve. But before that, it is necessary to draw its outlines and designate the nuances.  “Achieving a sustainable state of inner peace” is a workshop designed to allow you to:

  • Study the complex mind/body relationship in terms of existential anxiety (fear)
  • Understand the origin of pain and accept it (emotional liberation)
  • Transform your psycho-physical state and increase your immunity through exercises for the direction of the mind (remedy)

  • For those who want to transform the sadness and anxiety they feel on a daily basis
  • For everyone who wants to understand why and how the quality of his thoughts has a positive and healing impact on his body and mind.
