Dream break

Dream break, my favorite time of day!

- What is it?

It’s when I travel to parallel universes to live out extraordinary experiences. To cross paths with deities from another time, where Zeus gave birth to his daughter Athena from his head, where Hercules defied his mortality with his physical strength and cunning, while Poseidon stirred the seas to establish his divine sovereignty, much like the raw force of nature...

-Yes, but how?

It’s quite simple. I dig into the roots of my imagination, fueling my nervous system with the creative proteins of a new kind of content, all within a whimsical approach that fully embraces itself. That’s when all the planets align on the same dimension: Pluto, Mars, Venus, and Mercury whisper the secrets of a magical existential recipe to me!

-But, be careful!

I don’t leave to escape because things are going wrong. On the contrary. I remain just as amazed by life and its embodied, physical aspect; it’s just that I love inner journeys, all those moments when we blast music to dance like crazy; when we dive into the depths of our being to find the remnants of our daydreams from a time the Moon cherished with its mysterious curves. That’s where we discover precious objects, forgotten and buried in past despairs, desires rejected or repressed because someone once told us: "Forget it, it's complicated, it won't work."

The mystical effect of these trips is this improvised extension of the present moment, which allows me to reconnect with myself, to pick up what I had left infinite but still want to achieve, to see the path traveled, and to feel if it still makes sense. This pause, dedicated to what my heart says, is not a waste of time. It is a sacred space that gives me the strength to stand tall in my own way and by my own means, without giving in to the background noise that chases away the heartbeat of my dreams. It’s a point of evaluation, perhaps a redirection, but above all, it is an act of self-love. A moment of gentleness, reflection, and peace.

Now it's your turn to design your own break time :)
